Because, the truth is, nobody ever became great without first being brave.ABOUT THE ROLE:The Group Strategy Director helps usher in D&G’s next generation planning function. In equal measures a business strategist and a creative planner, this individual’s portfolio includes successful product-market analyses, go-to-market strategies, and business transformation thought leadership articles alongside serious creative accolades. In addition to being the senior-most strategist– deeply engaged with the multidisciplinary team on that account, they will help our CSO elevate, direct and grow our strategy practice, ensuring we have the best-in-class tools, techniques and talent. They are responsible for identifying opportunities for the agency to grow client relationships through proactive thinking and recommendations. They are a vital ally to the Executive Creative Director in ideating and creating brave, beautiful campaigns, and to the Group Account Director in upleveling the account service department to a consultative business practice.
