Job Description - Senior Data Analyst - Human Resources Administration (240002WP)DescriptionIntegrates, conforms, profiles and maps complex data and provides quality assurance oversight (data error detection and correction) on business processes where data is collected, stored, transformed, or used. Examines more complex data to optimize the efficiency and quality of the data being collected, resolves complex data quality problems and collaborates with the business and ETL database developers to improve systems and database design.QualificationsMinimum EducationBachelor's Degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science) (Required)

Minimum Work Experience6 years of related experience or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill reflective of the level of this position. (Required)

Required Skills/KnowledgeExperience with Big Data; Data Processing; Data Manipulation; Data Mining; C#, Java, Python, SQL programming languages; Agile Software Development.
