This role is ideal for someone with a passion for working with complex data, a curiosity for how technology can reshape the finance landscape, and an enthusiasm for developing sophisticated data models. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain significant visibility with senior management. Be part of a forward-thinking finance organization making impactful changes!What you'll DoPlay a meaningful role in reporting and analysis of both topline and expense metrics for the Corporate FP&A organization.Lead efforts to integrate AI into financial processes, enhancing efficiency and driving innovation.Manage, review, and execute roadmaps for improving dashboards and financial systems.Ensure timely project delivery by coordinating closely with key business partners.Develop and introduce new financial modeling assets to enhance forecasting and reporting.Prepare and review documentation of current processes, financial models, and system assumptions, while identifying opportunities for automation to improve workflows.Support reporting requirements through automated tools, enabling data-driven insights and decision-making.Partner with FP&A's finance systems and Anaplan teams to ensure effective data management, integrity, and governance.What you need to succeedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Information Systems, or a related field.3+ years of FP&A or financial systems experience, ideally in large multinational companies.Proficiency in finance systems, relational databases, and data visualization tools. Familiarity with TM1, SQL, Microsoft Power BI, and Anaplan is a plus.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear and actionable business requirements.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and apply sound judgment.Demonstrated agility in learning and the ability to bring order to ambiguous situations.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.A collaborative mindset, sense of humor, and enthusiasm for joining a dynamic FP&A team at Adobe.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $72,400 -- $158,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
