We are seeking a full-time
Talent Acquisition Manager. If you are passionate about talent acquisition and building a positive candidate experience, we’d love to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for marketing job openings through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations. You will build relationships with universities, recruiters, staffing agencies, and past applicants to maintain a robust talent pipeline. You’ll manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure smooth candidate management and reporting. Additionally, you’ll handle pre-employment screenings, analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire), and continuously refine the hiring process for better results.
A key part of your role will be ensuring a positive candidate experience by representing the company's culture and values throughout the hiring process. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, guide recruits through the interview process, and oversee new hire documentation and on-boarding, including HR orientation and entry into ADP. You will also manage employer branding efforts and keep our organization competitive by staying informed about industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of recruiting, marketing, or sales experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Familiarity with ATS systems, recruitment best practices, and employment laws
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
