Jacksonville, FLOverviewYou will be responsible for providing legal support to Deutsche Bank’s derivatives trading business, specifically Foreign Exchange Prime Brokerage and eCommerce. Your responsibilities will include providing legal advice to key internal stakeholders, drafting, reviewing and negotiating master agreements and other trading documentation. You will engage directly with the Bank’s diverse client base and actively manage legal and regulatory risk.What We Offer You

Draft, review and negotiate trading documentation with the Bank’s clients, potentially including, but not limited to ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, Foreign Exchange Prime Brokerage Agreements, Double Give-Up Agreements, Electronic Platform Agreements and Application Programming Interface AgreementsManage your pipeline of active negotiations and the delivery of legal services in coordination with other members of the legal teamLiaise with other internal departments (i.e., credit, risk, compliance, operations, treasury, tax, etc.) as necessary for approvals and input by providing meaningful summary of the deviations from Deutsche Bank standard agreements and the risks associated with those deviationAssist with developing and updating standard forms and templatesSkills You’ll Need
Law degree, qualified and registered as an attorney in Florida, New York or other US jurisdictionTransactional experience (preferably a minimum of 3 years but we will consider a lesser time period with relevant derivatives trading agreements experience, including International Swaps and Derivatives (ISDA) master agreements (including related schedules and credit support annexes), confirmation agreements and account control agreementsSkills That Will Help You Excel
