CONTRACT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the REGIONAL CONTRACTING OFFICE of MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII.
A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time. In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: establishing and implementing internal policies, procedures, training, and communication AND executing an organization's purchase card program.
