Looking for a well-rounded software engineer team capable of fulfilling a dual role of software developer and team lead. Only one of the two open positions would require team lead responsibilities.

Team Lead Role (Tech Lead)

Act as a team representative to the customer product lead and to other development teamsWork with the team's Systems Engineer to define requirements, scope, and schedule sprints for/with the teamWork within an agile development framework to handle continually changing priorities from the customerDesire and ability to mentor junior developers on the team

Software Developer Role

Must have experience developing in JavaStrong desire to have map/reduce framework development experienceStrong desire to have experience developing in Spring Framework

Minimum Requirements:20 years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional Software Engineer experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Security clearance TS/SCI w/ poly required.

Pay Range is determined by various factors such as education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements; negotiable based on elected total compensation packages which include but not limited to paid time off, healthcare elections, and retirement. The projected compensation range for this position is $245,000.00 to $265,000.00.

Infinity Advanced Solutions provides wage ranges in accordance with State Pay Transparency Laws to support Title VII Equal Pay initiatives. These pay ranges are subject to change at any time, and pay will be commensurate with experience and/or other factors allowable by law.
