As manufacturing production manager, you will be responsible for leading production activities across 3 shifts. In addition, you will drive continuous improvement actions and implement production related processes.

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations ManagementIdeally 5 or more years of progressive leadership experience within manufacturingExperience working in a unionize manufacturing settingStrong background using lean and Six Sigma tools to drive improvementsAbility to influence and empower others through strong communication skills
