Overview:
NanoString/ Bruker Nano Technologies is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Administrative Services Coordinator for our Operations, Health and Safety team. S/he will have a proven ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines, and communicate and collaborate with external contacts and vendors. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, articulate, organized, and able to support cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environmentResponsibilities:Essential Responsibilities:Support coordination of staff administrative needs, including: catering fulfillment and delivery, facilities maintenance, janitorial requests, parking needs, security access management, scanning lab notebooks, and sorting mailServe as primary staff for front desk reception at one site, including receiving and escorting visitors and addressing requests for assistanceAssist with oversight of company common spaces, including inventorying, ordering, replenishing, organizing and tidyingFulfill staff requests for office supplies and furnitureAssist with office space planning and movementsSupport company cultural activities and eventsSpecial projects as neededPreferred Qualifications:Flexible schedule for occasional late evenings or weekends preferred"
Qualifications:Requirements:
High School DiplomaMinimum two years or equivalent work-related experience supporting office management or administrative services functionsDemonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information appropriatelyAbility to lift 50 pounds regularlyAbility to regularly travel between multiple buildingsStrong math and critical thinking/problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $41,000 and $55,000 provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
