The Strategic Finance Project Manager is a new position on the FP&A team, located at the company's global headquarters in Wilmington, DE, USA. This position supports many routine and ad hoc initiatives across the company.
The primary objectives of this role include providing financial support for projects/analytics such as (but not limited to):
Validating, tracking, and communicating results of recently completed acquisitions, including consolidating one-time cost impacts.Working with Corporate FP&A to implement management reporting for recently completed acquisitions.Global SG&A productivity analysisIncentive compensation program effectivenessAnalysis of competitor quarterly and annual financial resultsThe Finance Project Manager reports to the Finance Director of Strategic Investments, and heavily partner with the Vice President of the Transformation and Productivity and associated TMO/IMO global team.
Other responsibilities include:
Validate, track, and communicate synergy realization versus targets on M&A integrations.Validate, track, and forecast one-time costs associated with M&A integrations.Support productivity cost initiatives including validation of cost savings realizedSupport other strategic and corporate reporting initiatives as needed.Qualifications
B.S. in Accounting, Finance or related degreeAt least 5-7 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of Tableau, OneStream and SAP is preferredAbility to work under tight deadlinesFlexible and adaptable to changing business environmentEffective communications skills at all levels of the organization, fluent in EnglishStrong interpersonal skillsMust be customer-focused, seek continuous improvement, and highly self-directed
