Our growing global team of over 200 employees is committed to creating a workplace that celebrates diversity, encourages teamwork, and strives for excellence.We are looking for a highly diligent Quality Manager to join our operations team and be in charge of all quality aspects of the company. Our Quality Manager will report directly to the VP of Operations and will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating internal processes, examining products to determine their quality, engaging with customers, and gathering product feedback, among other duties. A day in the life and how you'll make an impact: Defining and implementing quality control processes for Supplier, Production, Installation and ServiceEstablishing quality control dashboard in order to monitor and control UVeye quality performanceLead for RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA (Corrective And Preventive Action) in case of reactive quality events and issuesDriving and leading with no authority all related groups in order to continuously improve quality performanceAccountability for CM (Contract Manufacturing) quality team and its performanceLead all required certification based on business and customers needs, such as UL, CEOwnership on MRB (Material Review Board) processEnsure establishing a robust processes of examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production ensuring high product qualityEnsure establishing an evaluation of the final output of products to determine their qualityAccountability for rejecting products that fail quality standardsEngaging with customers and gathering quality feedbackReporting to upper management on quality standard issues RequirementsDegree in business administration or relevant field.Experience as a Quality Manager from a production multidisciplinary company.Quality control certification.Experience defining quality KPI's. In-depth understanding of company standards, target market, and consumer needs. Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and keen attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication.Highly conscientious and diligent.Ability to travel with the team up to 20% of the time Problem-resolving Six Sigma Black Belt certification - advantage.
