We are looking for a

Technical Trainer

to join our Operations team in our ATL Office. As a Technical Trainer, you will deliver comprehensive technical training programs for UVeye Field Service Engineers, ranging from beginner to advanced levels. The role includes coordinating logistics for training sessions, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring smooth course delivery. As a Course Content Owner, you will develop and update training materials in collaboration with various teams to keep the content current with product advancements. As an NPI Engineer, you will support beta testing for hardware and software, ensuring smooth product launches, and serve as a technical escalation point for advanced troubleshooting in production or the field

A day in the life and how you'll make an impact:

Deliver technical training programs to delivery & CS teams.Coordinate and manage schedule and logistics for all training sessions (both in-person and virtual).Create and update training materials including slides, manuals, and SOPs.Oversee beta testing - lead testing to validate performance and resolve issues with R&D teams.Following further development - Act as the technical escalation point for advanced troubleshooting for issues arising in field or production environment.Requirements

Great presentation and communication skills.Great project management skills.At least 3 years of experience as an Application Engineer or a Technical Training Manager or equivalent role in a multi-disciplinary companyBachelor's degree in Engineering (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science) or a related fieldStrong skills in developing clear technical documentation and training materials.Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking\Organizational skills and tasks management.Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.An "independent" personnel who can lead projects from inception to completion.Attention to detail.Great interpersonal skills.Strong multitasking abilities.Time and task management.Willing to travel >30% of the time.Ideally, we're looking for:
