Please note: this is hybrid, with occasional on-site work at Parnassus campus as needed.The School of Medicine, Office of Admissions supports the selection of matriculants to the Medical Degree program at UCSF. From screening, interview, review, financial aid and offers of admission phases we serve thousands of external stakeholders each year in addition to our faculty leaders and internal committee membersThe Interview Coordinator directly supports and schedules approximately 580 medical school applicant interviews during each admissions season. Each applicant is interviewed by two members of the Admissions Interview Committee (AIC), which results in over 1,100 interviews scheduled between October and February.The Interview Coordinator is the main point of contact for the 150+ faculty and students, who serve as interviewers. The Interview Coordinator manages online interview days hosted during the admissions season.The Interview Coordinator represents the office and speaks with prospective applicants about the admissions process and the school; they may speak to groups of applicants about the School of Medicine and the various programs offered. In addition, the Interview Coordinator helps triage incoming email and phone requests and is an integral part of the planning team responsible for the exciting Accepted Students Weekend where applicants to the School meet faculty, staff and students in person on campus in the Spring.

Department DescriptionUCSF's Temporary Employment Program (TEP) recruits and hires temporary employees for immediate clerical and technical support services to UCSF Departments and various off-campus locations. UCSF departments deploy temporary employees to work on special projects, fill in for regular employees who are on vacation or leave, or to temporarily fill a vacant position during recruitment.
