Senior Treasury Analyst

Join our team as a Senior Treasury Analyst and bring your management experience to lead and oversee treasury functions in a high-growth, dynamic environment. Offering a competitive salary of $130k-$150k with up to a 25% bonus and 100% coverage of health, dental, and vision insurance, this role involves a hybrid work arrangement with four days in-office and one day remote. The position requires strong managerial and strategic treasury skills to ensure smooth and effective cash and bank operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage all treasury operations, including cash portfolio oversight and capital call facilitiesLead and supervise a small treasury team, providing guidance and supportEstablish and maintain banking relationships, including handling wires and KYCEnsure compliance with internal controls and implement process improvementsCollaborate with senior management on financial strategy and reportingQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field5+ years of treasury experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead roleProven skills in cash management, banking operations, and wire transfersProficiency with treasury management systems (Hazeltree experience preferred)
