The Mobile Community Manager has total responsibility for all phases of the operation of the properties they oversee.

This is including, but not limited to, marketing, maintenance, resident relations, personnel management, and general administration. In addition to the standard Community Manager responsibilities, the position will travel to multiple communities across the supportive housing network where manager positions may be vacant due to transition or leave of absence. The successful candidate must carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the policies of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network and all applicable laws. This includes interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems for residents and direct reports.

What we are looking for:

We need a proven leader who will help our team members and Network leaders as they support the daily living needs of our residents and who desires to develop trusting, caring relationships with both residents and direct reports. Our Community Managers are required to:

Have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited college or Accredited Resident Manager/Certified Apartment Manager certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Community Manager;Possess a valid Driver's License;Maintain access to a registered and insured vehicle for frequent and regular travel between communities within the same day;Respond to emergency calls as soon as possible but not to exceed 1 hour;Obtain a PA Real Estate license within 9 months of hire, licensure at time of hire is preferred;Exhibit competence in operating office equipment such as copier, fax, computer and related software, calculator, and telephone.Assisted Housing Manager and Tax Credit Specialist certifications are preferred.
