The position is responsible for hiring and training team members to provide exceptional service to residents and to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.In this role, you will:Ensure occupancy waiting lists are maintainedConduct routine property inspectionsEnsure resident satisfaction and establish positive relationshipsMaintain a collaborative working environment with on-site team and ownerMaintain resident compliance with HUD eligibility requirementsSeniorCare Network is an award-winning property management affiliate of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network.
