We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations at our upscale restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. This role is crucial to ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service and enjoy a seamless, sophisticated dining experience.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the front of the house, including the dining room, bar, and reservations.Responsible for the Beverage program including wine selection and cocktail menu.Manage, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, ensuring a high level of service.Coordinate with the kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.Develop and implement service standards and training programs.Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and grace.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.Monitor and manage inventory, including beverages and front-of-house supplies.Work closely with the events team to coordinate service for weddings and special events.Manage the front-of-house budget, including labor costs and sales targets.Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and revenue.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Front of the House Manager or similar role in a high-end restaurant.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledgeable in wine and fine dining service.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Familiarity with POS systems and reservation management software.Understanding of restaurant health and safety regulations.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.Benefits:
