ob OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth dining experience for our guests.Duties- Manage and lead the front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders- Train new employees on service standards, menu items, and POS systems- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean dining area- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner- Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and place orders as needed- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs effectively- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery to guests- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for front-of-house positionsRequirements- Previous experience in fine dining management or a similar role- Strong knowledge of fine dining and restaurant operations- Proficiency in food handling procedures and food safety standards- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure- Experience in restaurant management is required- Must be adept at interviewing and training staff members
