LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing Technology Company in Albuquerque, NM that is looking for an entry-level Administrative Assistant to join their team.
This is a full-time, in-office position. Long-term 6 month minimum contract. Pay range $15 to $17 per hour. depending on prior experience.
Responsibilities:
Placing Purchase Orders:
Manage the procurement of office supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are ordered in a timely manner to maintain office efficiency.Data Entry:
Accurately input and update data into various databases and systems, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of information.File Scanning:
Digitize physical documents by scanning and saving them into the appropriate electronic filing systems.Organizing Electronic Filing Systems:
Maintain and organize electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval and proper categorization.Preparing Files for Storage:
Prepare and archive files for long-term storage, following company protocols and retention policies.General Administrative Tasks:
Perform a variety of administrative tasks as needed, including but not limited to, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.Experience:
A minimum of two years of administrative experience in a professional office setting is required. Experience working in a government office is preferred.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) is essential.Database Skills:
Strong skills in database entry and management.General Office Skills:
Competence in general office administration tasks, including typing, answering the phone, and filing.Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.Analytical Skills:

$15.00 to $17.00 per hour
