Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of officeMaintain and re-stock common areasAnswer phones, schedules meetings, greets clients & broad range of other administrative dutiesExhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, mail, etc.Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, processing, scanning, etc.Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communicationPrepare equipment and common workrooms or operation daily (restocking inventory, putting paper in copier, changing toner cartridges, etc.)Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock and reporting to CST Team Members when inventory is lowContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededHandle incoming and outgoing mail (receiving, scanning, distributing, etc.) and sending out UPS packagesAssist with coordinating office meetings/meals/eventsRun office errands as neededDrafting tax arrangement lettersSkills:
Detail orientedAbility to work independentlyMust be able to perform tasks with a sense of urgencyMust possess wonderful organizational skillsAbility to communicate effectively with staff at all different levelsQualifications:
3-5 years of administrative experienceProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteWork Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PMEmployment Type:
Contract, Full Time

$22.00 to $25.00 per hour
