Administrative Assistant in Woodburn, OR

LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant in Woodburn, OR, for potential upcoming contract roles! We would love to connect with candidates currently on the job market.

Main Duties/Responsibilities may include:Manage phone calls and prioritize incoming emailsCoordinate schedules and organize meetingsPrepare and process time and expense reportsAssist with travel arrangements and logisticsCreate and maintain documents for client presentations and proposalsAddress inquiries and troubleshoot issues with internal and external stakeholdersSkills/Experience:

High school diploma required; post-secondary education or Associates/Bachelors degree preferredAt least one (1) year of relevant experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar roleExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProactive self-starter with a team-oriented approachProficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google SuiteExperience with CRM or other administrative software is a plus!Experience in the construction industry or with contracting is a plus!Pay Rate:

$20 - $25/hour, depending on opportunity and experience.Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.Employment Type:

Contract, Contract to Hire, and Direct Hire opportunities may be available.

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
