Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our well-known Non-Profit client's team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is based onsite in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate have at least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally supporting C-Suite Executives and/or Senior Leaders. This is a fast-paced environment where strong organization skills are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:Office Management : Maintain office supplies inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure the office is well-organized.Scheduling : Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives and team members.Communication : Handle incoming emails and other correspondence. Draft, proofread, and edit documents and reports.Record Keeping : Maintain and update company databases, filing systems, and records.Event Coordination : Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.Support Tasks : Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including preparing presentations and reports.Qualifications:
At least two years of relevant administrative work experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.Experience supporting Senior Leadership and/or Executives is highly preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks to meet goals and deadlines.Consistent and reliable attendance.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as with a team on projects, tasks, and priorities.Pay Details:
$24.00 to $28.00 per hour
