You are highly knowledgeable about international trade compliance regulations. You have experience mentoring, training, and / or supervising others performing this function. Responsibilities:Oversight of compliance team including training, mentoring, and leading by exampleEnsure all international trade compliance regulations are metPartner with internal purchasing and trading teams to ensure timely execution of container logisticsCoordinate with external partners to expedite deliveriesRecommend and develop processes and procedures that will increase operational efficienciesQualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in international business, supply chain management or similar strongly preferred4+ years of international logistics and compliance experience1+ years of experience mentoring and leading others preferred

Skills:

Strong time management and prioritization skillsEffective communication with internal and external stakeholders

About the role:

Full Time, Direct HireMon - Fri; 7a-4p100% on site roleComp / Benefits - 75-80K DOE; employer/employee supported medical, dental and vision plans, paid time off, and 401k with company match
