LHH is seeking an Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years of experience for a temp to hire opportunity with a client in Indianapolis, IN. This small manufacturing company is looking for someone that is focused on completing daily tasks and able to work with little supervision.
Responsibilities
• Greeting visitors coming into the building
• Managing employee records and tracking data using Microsoft Excel
• Assisting with payroll
• Restocking office supplies
• Filing and inventory entry
• Printing shipping labels
• Various duties as assigned
Qualifications
• At least two years of administrative experience
• Administrative experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred but not required)
• Associates or bachelor's degree
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Willing to help out where needed
Employment Type
• Contract to Hire
Hours
• M-F regular business hours
Pay Details:
$23.00 to $25.00 per hour
