Job Title: Warehouse Assembler $16.50-20.50 (Weekly Pay)
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Assemblers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electromechanical units by interpreting shop drawings and wiring diagrams, making electrical connections, and ensuring all units meet specifications and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret shop drawings and wiring diagrams.
Read and interpret Bills of Manufacturing to determine component parts and assembly sequences of electromechanical units.
Make electrical connections on cords/wires according to specifications.
Modify parts by drilling, tapping, countersinking, etc., using machine tools, power, and pneumatic hand tools.
Assemble parts and position, align, and fasten assemblies and subassemblies using hand tools and power tools.
Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly.
Measure parts to determine tolerances using tape measures and precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
Attach labels and mark identifying information on parts.
Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure they meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.
Essential Skills
Consistent work history with experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, or similar fields.
High School Diploma or GED.
Electrical experience required for Bus Way Plugs.
Ability to use hand and power tools and read a tape measure for Bus Way Straights.
Experience with inventory tracking using computer systems for warehouse roles.
Desire to work in a production environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to operate cordless hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs occasionally and up to 25 lbs often.
Finger dexterity: the ability to make precisely coordinated movements.

Work Environment
This is a very clean work environment with small assembly stations and close proximity to other employees. Flexibility to work in various departments is required. Some areas resemble a warehouse environment where materials are moved and cut with small hand and power tools. The facility is large, housing over 200 employees. Dress code includes shorts/jeans, t-shirts (no muscle t-shirts), and tennis shoes. No open-toed shoes are allowed. Shifts available: 1st (M-F 7:00AM - 3:00PM), 2nd (M-F 3:00PM - 11:00PM), and 3rd (M-TH 8:30PM - 7:00AM). We have 150 openings across these shifts and are open to training entry-level candidates.
