Medical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Vacation & Sick TimeOpportunities For Advancement401(k)Under the general direction of the Senior Accountant, the Staff Accountant assists in the administration of various accounting functions, which includes reconciling accounts, preparing and inputting journal entries, reviewing reports and records, account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation. This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing and for providing quality customer service to internal and external customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations; ensure proper reconciliation and documentary evidence of general ledger accountsMonthly reconciliation of bank statementsResearching transactions and various general ledger accounts to gather review and analyze dataAssisting in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including preparation of routine journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, as well as researching and resolving basic accounting issues.Process data using various computer applicationsPrepare journal entries, executes accounting activities to facilitate the timely and accurate issuance of financial statementsAssisting with special projects, such as process documentation, and accounting research as neededCreate and provide analysis of financial data to management as requestedRequired Skills/Abilities

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, preferred1-3 years of related professional experienceHiring Minimum Requirements
