Requirements: 5
years' experience minimum
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Handling all stages of estate planning and trust administrationClient intake and managementDrafting, reviewing and modifying estate planning documents (including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advanced directives and funding documents)Advising on various wealth transfer and asset protection strategies for high-net-worth clientsImplementing strategies for reducing estate, income and property taxesPreparing and reviewing technical memoranda for clients involving estate tax issuesCompetently handling complex estate planning matters with minimal supervisionResearching various client issues, analyzing options and proposing best course of actionReviewing and monitoring work of paralegals and legal assistants. Experience with court appearances a plusCorporate experience a plusEvaluation of fraudulent transfer and voidable transactions associated with the planning services we provideProficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Foreign language skills a plus.

Salary Range - $140,000-$225,000
