We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a keen attention to detail. We are considering candidates that have previous worked as a paralegal.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to [Executive's Name/Title], including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Communication Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations. Meeting Coordination:
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Document Management:
Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Project Assistance:
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned. This may include research, data analysis, and preparing reports. Qualifications:
Education:
Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive administrative support role or as a Paralegal Skills:
Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Suite Benefits:
