HTSS needs a temporary CSR in the Mertztown area. This position is needed to cover maternity leave. November will be for training only (3 days a week), expecting FT hrs in early December for 12 weeks. Some experience needed.ÂMonday - Friday: 8a-5pm$19 - $22/hr• Answer incoming calls from switchboard• Set-up and enter of sales orders into ERP System, including emailing or faxing of order acknowledgements to customers.• Communicate with the Plant Manager to get ship dates for new orders that require production.• Processing of shipments in ERP System, including emailing or faxing shipment tracking information to customers.• Process A/R invoices in ERP System, including emailing or mailing of invoices to customers and processing any credit card payments through a portal.• Sending out daily sales and new business reports to management team.• Scan and maintain customer order files on network system.• Process and distribute sales leads to our Outside Sales Reps and Managers and maintain files on network system.• Completing and sending Monthly Sales Reports to VP of Sales and President.• Monitor and handle incoming requests from SDS inbox.• Entering of A/P invoices into ERP SystemÂÂApply today and send resume to amcdonnell@htss-inc.com
