Key Responsibilities:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented litigator to work in a dynamic and growing environment, focusing on meaningful cases that impact families and estates.Represent clients in Orphans' Court proceedings, including matters related to estate disputes, guardianships, and trust administration.Provide expert legal counsel and strategic advice to clients navigating complex probate, trust, and guardianship issues.Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, motions, and briefs.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners and clients to develop case strategies and represent clients in court hearings and trials.Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service and attention to detail.Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a demonstrated track record of successful outcomes.Enthusiasm about the law!Strong understanding of the litigation process a must, knowledge of probate law, estate planning and guardianship issues a plus.Excellent research, writing and analytical skills.Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and empathy.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Expertise in estate and trust law not required.Why Join Us?
