Mgr, Global HR Solutions Center

The Manager, Global HR Solutions Center, is a remote/hybrid position responsible for overseeing global HR operations, ensuring efficient HR processes, and supporting the overall HR strategy at UCT. This role supervises the HR Solutions Center's global team day-to-day operations across North America, APAC, and EMEA, and utilizes HR system technology (UKG Pro) to manage employee inquiries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the global HR Solutions Center team to provide seamless support to HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and the business at UCT. Oversee global HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and other activities associated with the employee lifecycle. Oversee the HR Solutions Center technology in UCT HR system, currently UKG Pro, to maintain electronic files and manage employee inquiries. Partner with key HR stakeholders on various programs, initiatives, and support needs. Facilitate the development of standard operating procedures and service standards, ensuring that these are monitored to ensure high quality and consistent delivery of HR services. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience through best practices and automation. Serve as the escalation point and help triage sensitive, challenging and/or other issues that arise from the HR Solutions Center. Monitor key HR metrics and trends to report on the success of the global HR Solutions Center. Ensure all global HR Solutions Center processes, policies, and recordkeeping are compliant with the relevant laws and UCT policies. Competencies

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in interfacing effectively and establishing trust with key HR stakeholders, employees, and the business. High ethical standards and confidentiality in handling employee information and business matters. Demonstrated expertise in project and change management. Proficient computer skills, particularly with the MS Office suite, and familiarity with HR Systems. Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding follow-up capabilities. Educational/Certification Requirement

:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in HR (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) and/or Project Management is a plus. Experience Requirement:

Work Experience:

Minimum 6-8 years of HR/HR Operations experience in semiconductor or similar industry. Experience working in a complex global HR environment. Experience managing a system to handle tiered HR inquiries from employees. Experience participating in SOX audits and interfacing with auditors. Management Experience
