This role involves ensuring compliance, managing benefits programs, and supporting the organization's overall HR strategy. This person must be able to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment to support the scaling and growth we have planned.Key Responsibilities:Address inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs, and maintain the company policy handbook.Responsible for all process in collaboration with managers on recruitment, interviewing, testing, selection, on-boarding and termination..Oversee benefits programs, including medical, life, health, dental, disability insurance, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO), leave of absence, Voluntary Time Off (VTO), and EAP.Maintain accurate records of benefits participation, personnel transactions (hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations), and employee statistics, assisting with audits as needed.Process bi-weekly payroll and manage the payroll and timekeeping system Bamboo HR.Ensure HR functions comply with legal requirements and government regulations.Foster a positive company culture through morale-building events and initiatives, spearheading the Culture Committee.Assists with leading training courses on People and Culture policies and procedures.Assist in organizing company-wide events and recognition programs.Investigate workplace accidents and prepare necessary documentation and reports.Skills and Qualifications:Problem Solving: Effectively identifies and resolves issues, analyzes information, and develops alternative solutions.Technical Skills: Shares expertise and provides guidance to others.Customer Service: Handles challenging situations with professionalism, responsiveness, and overcommunication, always soliciting feedback for improvement.Interpersonal Skills: Maintains confidentiality, manages emotions, and remains open to new ideas.Written Communication: Communicates clearly and effectively, presenting data and interpreting written information.Change Management: Develops implementation plans, communicates changes, and supports those affected while evaluating results.Cost Consciousness: Works within budgetary constraints and identifies cost-saving measures.Diversity: Promotes equal employment opportunities and fosters a diverse and inclusive workforce.Adaptability: Adjusts to changing environments and effectively manages competing demands.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in human resources or related field (or equivalent experience)Professional HR Certification, such as PHR or SHRM-CP (SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred)Minimum of 5 years of relevant human resources experienceMust be comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment.Schedule:On-site Monday-FridayRemote flexibility as needed________________________________________To Apply:Send your Word document resume to HeatherS@ConexusRecruiting.com, including "Human Resources Manager Irvine, CA" in the subject line.
