Senior Electrical EngineerBase Salary: $90K - $180KLocation: Fulton, MDFull-timeDepartment: ElectricalJob DescriptionCurrently seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer with 10 or more years of experience in consulting engineering and project management who is passionate about their craft and looking for an environment that promotes professional growth. Applicants must be well versed in all aspects of electrical systems design and specification. The desired individual should be comfortable consulting to architects, owners, and general contractors, have a desire to work as part of a multidiscipline engineering team, work independently, participate in multiple projects simultaneously and supervise the efforts of a small team.Why work with us?$2K sign on bonusFlexible PTO programPaid overtimeEnd of year bonusHybrid work scheduleComprehensive benefits package & 401KWe value self-motivated individuals with an enthusiastic mindset, an interest to work on diverse projects, and attention to detail to deliver quality engineering services.Qualification Requirements Include:B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.Minimum 10 years of consulting Electrical Engineering experience.Registration as a PE (required).Department of Defense design experience is desired.Must be able to supervise and manage projects of varying sizes.Excellent leadership, supervisory, writing and verbal communication skills.Produce complete construction documents, including drawings, power system studies, and specifications.Perform and supervise the execution of designs, including medium and low voltage AC, DC, single line diagrams, electrical plans, and equipment layout.Perform and supervise the execution of both interior and exterior lighting design and calculate footcandle to ensure lighting design meets IESNA requirements.Participate in meetings with clients and provide engineering support through design and construction phases including responding to AHJ comments, shop drawing review, and responding to RFI's.Review of deliverables, including QA/QC through design and construction.Serve as a technical resource to internal staff.Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities).Possess strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities).Positive contributor to overall office and department goals, culture, and morale.Experience with AutoCad and REVITRCDD certification is a plusThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.Why You Want To Work HereYou could choose to work anywhere, so why work here?
