The role
The New York / Washington, D.C. office of Clifford Chance US LLP seeks an associate level attorney to join its market-leading Structured Finance practice with experience representing issuers and sponsors of residential mortgage and consumer receivable financings, including RMBS, ABS, master repurchase facilities and warehouse facilities.
Qualifications
Your experience
The ideal applicant will possess the following qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school;
High academic achievement;
Strong interest in the subject area, entrepreneurial and a team-player;
Admitted to (or possessing the ability to waive into) the New York / D.C. Bar; and
Prior experience in a peer law firm.
