As a Sr Financial Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing financial analysis and support to the IA Strategic Business Group (SBG). You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to drive business decisions. Your expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting will contribute to the overall financial success of the SBG. You will report directly to our Finance Manager and you’ll work out of our Houston, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the IA SBG by providing accurate and timely financial analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, evaluate investment opportunities, and drive cost optimization efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions

YOU MUST HAVE
5 + years of experience in financial analysis or related role
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
Professional certification such as CFA or CPA
Experience in the industrial automation industry
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
Excellent communication and presentation skills
