Position Description Under the direction of our Sustaining Program Management, the Program Management Co-op will need to understand new technology as it comes together and help track and facilitate any multi-functional tasks that are needed. You will also be able to clearly communicate requirements and status at the engineering and executive level. You will enjoy exciting and innovative projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accountability is paramount. This job requires excellent social skills to work cross functionally. A successful candidate will help set strategy, execute on schedule and be responsible for leading/communicating status and issues along the way. Responsibilities Defining project plans and schedules and driving project execution Leading internal and external multi-functional teams in engineering and validation activities Ensuring tight team coordination and communication Strong presentation and communication skills Understand and communicate sophisticated, technical issues Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently Lead development budgets and engineering builds Training to be Provided Students will be exposed to working with various departments within Bracco Medical Technologies (BMT).They will learn key requirements which need to be followed in a regulated environment such as the medical device industry. Additionally, our interns and co-ops benefit from a buddy program, career development programming, and opportunities to build their professional networks virtually and in-person with BMT professionals. Term/Hours *Jan/May 2025 start, 2-3 semester rotation, can be consecutive or non-consecutive semesters. *Hours: 40 hours per week Bracco Medical Technologies is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): Pursuing BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, Strategic Management, general Organizational Leadership/Management.
