In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with a range of needs, from basic to complex.You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.You'll monitor patient outcomes, manage complications, and maintain thorough documentation in electronic medical records.You will also serve as a resource and mentor for colleagues, contribute to performance improvement, and act as an advocate for patients and their families.Additionally, you will educate patients and families, helping them understand treatment plans and care strategies.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:• Licensure: Active RN license in New Hampshire.• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN strongly preferred).• Experience: Prior experience in acute or specialty care is beneficial.• Skills: Critical thinking, clinical expertise, proficiency in electronic medical records, and strong communication skills.• Certifications: Relevant specialty certifications preferred (per unit requirements).• Physical Requirements: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently, and wear necessary protective equipment.
