Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the medical field is highly preferred- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department- Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management- Prepare and organize documents and reports- Handle and organize incoming and outgoing mail- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations when necessary- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed- Assist in the preparation of meetings and conferences- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
