Teamwork always wins, Help each other out, When it's not your job or after 5.What's a successful candidate look like?Participate in the design and optimization of business processes to enhance efficiency.Assist in the testing and validation of financial software applications.Work in various financial applications to ensure data integrity and security.Collaborate with other departments to ensure systems are maintained.Be a key player in the implementation or sunsetting of enterprise applications.Serve as a back-up role for Data Administrator.This role has an 80% focus on IT support and 20% on data support for internal employees and clients.As a Data and Technology team member, you will also be a point of contact for supporting Advisors with user access for Sowell enterprise systems and assisting them with training and troubleshooting.Manage the licensing of systems across the business.Manage vendor relations and vetting.Manage hardware inventory.Enforce cybersecurity rules and regulations across the business.Qualifications and Experience:Previous experience as a helpdesk technician.Experienced with cybersecurity.Knowledge of Powershell.High proficiency in Microsoft 365 Admin portal.High proficiency in Azure AD.High proficiency in SaaS products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.Degree in IT or a related field, but not required.CompTIA certifications A+, Net+, or Sec+ are preferred but not required.Requirements:Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for sponsorship.Ability to work onsite at the office in Little Rock, AR.What's an Apprenticeship?
