We are looking for experienced Project Managers and Project Architects for our Raleigh and Charlotte offices.Project Manager
Day to Day Responsibilities
Prepare strategic plansEstimate fees; determine scope of work; and prepare proposals and contracts on large and/or complex projectsServe as client liaison with the primary responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, ensuring the responsiveness of design solutions, and growing the client relationshipActively manage budgets, schedules, programs, and team assignments as well as project communications, documentation, and associated administrative tasksResponsible for project’s financial successProvide oversight and monitoring as needed of less experienced Project ManagersMay be the Team Leader or act in the capacity of the Team LeaderOversee/mentor a staff of Architects and DesignersAssist with marketing and business developmentWhat we look for
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited universityExperience with multi-family and mixed-used projects preferredMinimum five (5) years of professional experienceProfessional Licensure required | NC Architectural Registration preferredProficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic softwareRevit experience is requiredExperience in managing client and consultant relationshipsDemonstrated skills in project design, production and coordination of construction documents, and contract administrationAbility to interact positively with others, to solve problems and to constructively communicate those solutions to othersEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and perform all responsibilities effectively and on time, with a high degree of accuracyAbility to work well both independently and as part of a teamProject Architect

Manage projects to meet budget, scheduling, project scope, and quality objectivesResponsible for finished plans, specifications, and material approval within project scope, schedule, and budgetPlan, coordinate, and assist Project Manager on multiple concurrent projects in various stages of developmentOrganize and coordinate project construction document setsPerform code research and analysis of local, state, and federal codes to ensure code complianceEnsure constructability and implement architectural standards of practiceClient and consultant coordination to oversee accurate and timely completion of construction documentsParticipate in all aspects of construction administration (in office and on site)Conduct, or assist with, in-house training, as well as mentor DesignersMay supervise a small staff of Architects and DesignersWhat we look for
