Day to Day Responsibilities:Responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments within project scope, schedule, and budgetDevelop solutions to technical and design issuesDesign and review production drawingsParticipate in all aspects of construction administration (in office and on site)Manage record keepingReview documents with City Departments including Planning, Building, Fire, and other appropriate authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs)Gain exposure to defining project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and planningOversee/mentor a staff of Architects, Designers, and TechniciansPerform other duties that may be assigned from time to timeWhat We Look For:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited universityMinimum eight (8) years of professional experienceProfessional Licensure required | NC Architectural Registration preferredIn-depth knowledge and experience in all phases of ArchitectureExperience with multi-family and mixed-used projects preferredProficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic softwareRevit experience is requiredExperience in managing client/consultant relationshipsDemonstrated skills in project design, production and coordination of construction documents, and contract administrationEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact positively with others to solve problems, and to constructively communicate those solutions to othersAbility to prioritize tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and perform responsibilities effectively and on time with a high degree of accuracyAbility to plan and develop multiple, complex, medium to large-scope projectsAbility to work well both independently, and as a part of a teamBenefitsWe offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, supplementary insurance, flexible spending accounts, and 401k with company contribution.
