For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the United States or Canada.About the opportunityThe IT Business Systems Analyst Sr collaborates with business counterparts to gather and analyze business and technical requirements to support development, configuration and implementation of comprehensive business application solutions.What you'll get to doAnalyze requirements and produce design documents that describe how new software features and/or enhancements should function.Work closely with members of various stakeholder teams to translate requirements and user needs into solutions and system designs.Understand the assigned applications supporting this business function, how they are used, and the related business processes.Application subject matter expert, oversee / perform system configuration, perform system testing, support user testing.Work collaboratively with the business.Work collaboratively with the IT Application Manager, IT Release Manager, IT Developers and IT Application Architect to deliver the requirements into solutions.Assess risks and impacts on existing systems as new functions are added.Identify potential technical problems or design flaws so that preventive action can be taken.Support user acceptance testing processes to ensure that requirements are fully satisfied.Create and deliver application demos to various internal/external stakeholders with varying levels of product knowledge.Skills and Experience we value5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent with experience working in Salesforce.Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Certinia.Strong technical background.Highly organized, disciplined self-starter, capable of working independently or in close collaboration within an agile team.Ability to communicate with external customers and partners to gather requirements and translate into technology solutions.Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Knowledge of the software development lifecycles, methodologies, tools, and techniques.Experience interviewing business sponsors and other stakeholders to elicit and document scope and requirements.What’s in it for youDayforce is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
