Position Summary:An iOS Engineer III contributes to the development of mobile applications, working on enhancing functionality and optimizing performance. They collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement features, while ensuring adherence to coding best practices and standards. They also troubleshoot issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of the iOS codebase.About Team:Our team works closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and merchants with technological innovation. Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization.What you'll do:Implement and enhance features in iOS applications under the guidance of senior engineers.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver well-crafted solutions.Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.Debug and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and memory issues.Continuously learn and apply new iOS technologies to improve development processes.Work with US and IDC team to deliver a seamless iOS experience to pharmacy customers.What you'll bring:Proficiency in Swift with a solid understanding of UIKit, Foundation, and basic iOS architecture.Experience with the full app lifecycle from development to release and updates in the App Store.Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and testing frameworks like XCTest.Basic understanding of design patterns such as MVC or MVVM.Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.About Walmart Global Tech:Imagine working in an environment where one line of code can make life easier for hundreds of millions of people.
