Our client, a designer and manufacturer of components for the global motor vehicle industry, is looking for an Applications Engineer - Suspension to join their team in Plymouth, MI.

Responsibilities
Manage product specifications and modeling-testing methods.
Develop suspension applications to create value added.
Develop technical benchmark and competitor analysis.
Oversee technical product validation.
Contribute to idea creation activities and drive new technology.
Own and manage assigned product portfolio related to quality, compliance, cost saving, supply chain, production initiatives, and IP environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an engineering field.
8+ years of experience in product development.
Skilled in 3D CAD programs and structural analysis programs CAE.
