Torch Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a
Senior Security Manager
providing support to the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM).The Security Manager will assist the AF Cognizant Security Authority (CSA) in oversight of national security objectives supporting AF interests and will provide day-to-day support for collateral and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) activities.The Security Manager will perform analytical, planning, advisory, operational, or evaluative work that has as its principal purpose the development and implementation of policies, procedures, standards, training, and methods for identifying and protecting information, personnel, property, facilities, operations, or material from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, assault, vandalism, espionage, sabotage, or loss.Responsibilities
This position requires a highly motivated individual with Security experience to include the below essential job duties:Provide support to C3BM Security Team in managing daily tactical level personnel security actions including but not limited to:Collateral, SAP and SCI in- and out-processingSecurity system data managementMonthly reporting developmentVisit access requestsFacilitating indoctrinationsClearance update process actions and trackingAssisting in delivering and tracking security education and awarenessSupporting inspections SAVs and ReviewsProvide technical advice and security support to multiple collateral programs and, where specifically called for, SCI programs within the directorate.Maintain an effective working relationship with Information Protection (IP) leads, program managers, contracting officers and others as needed.Assist in the development and writing of Operations Security (OPSEC) plans and other security documents as needed for the customer.Review program documentation for public release, ensuring CUI has proper markings, classifications and distribution statements.Provide classification guidance and assistance for all collateral and SCI programs.Prepare, process, and distribute inbound/outbound classified mail.Perform destruction of classified materials and CUI.Ensure personnel security clearances are kept current.Prepare, process, and/or review Visitor Access Request (VAR) for accuracy and access eligibility.Conduct effective entry and exit inspections along with other random anti-terrorism measures.Assist IP lead with security container combination changes and maintenance.Provide support for security awareness and education programs.Job Requirements

Must have the ability to maintain a TS/SCI clearance and be SAP eligibleEducation:
BA/BSYears’ experience:
10 years of directly related experience, five of which must be in the DoDCertifications:
Minimum SFPC or equivalent experienceRequired skills may include but are not limited to:Understanding of counterintelligence threats and trendsFamiliar with security policy/manuals and appropriate DoD and Air Force directivesFamiliarity with DISSAble to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DoD, military/civilian personnel and industry partnersU.S. Citizenship Required for this Position:
