Torch Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a
Senior Security Manager
providing support to the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM). The Security Manager will provide support to perform administrative security functions under the direction of the activity security manager. The Security Manager will assist the AF Cognizant Security Authority (CSA) in oversight of national security objectives supporting AF interests.The Security Manager will provide day-to-day support for collateral and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) activities through active and integrated security operations. Responsibilities include multi-disciplinary security support, including aspects of information security, personnel security, operations security, industrial security, communications security, acquisition security, general security, physical security, and anti-terrorism/force protection duties.Responsibilities:Provide support to C3BM Security Team in managing daily tactical level personnel security actions including:Collateral, SAP, and SCI in- and out-processingSecurity system data managementMonthly reporting developmentVisit access requestsFacilitating indoctrinationsClearance update process actions and trackingAssisting in delivering and tracking security education and awarenessSupporting inspections, SAVs, and ReviewsProvide technical advice and security support to multiple collateral programs and SCI programs within the directorate.Maintain effective working relationships with Information Protection (IP) leads and program managers.Assist in the development and writing of Operations Security (OPSEC) plans and other security documents.Review program documentation for public release and provide feedback to IP Leads.Provide classification guidance and assistance for all collateral and SCI programs.Prepare, process, and distribute inbound/outbound classified mail.Ensure personnel security clearances are kept current.Conduct effective entry and exit inspections.Follow and enforce the Government’s standard operating procedures.Assist with classified meetings and all associated support requirements.Provide support for security awareness and education programs.Minimum Required Qualifications:Citizenship:

Must be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance and be SAP eligibleEducation:
BA/BSYears’ experience:
10 years of directly related experience, five of which must be in the DoDCertifications:
Minimum SFPC or equivalent experienceRequired skills may include:Understanding of counterintelligence threats and trendsFamiliar with security policy/manuals and appropriate DoD and Air Force directivesFamiliarity with DISSAble to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with DoD and military/civilian personnelOther requirements may include:Must be willing to travel within the organization’s direct area of responsibilityMust be willing to adapt to contingency schedules if requiredJob Type:
