SAP provides comprehensive cloud infrastructure and managed service offerings for the private cloud and acts as an essential part of the overall Cloud Strategy of SAP.As part of SAP’s Customer Success organization, we are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused team members to strengthen the Cloud Architecture & Advisory team (CAA). The Cloud Architect Expert acts as a primary point of contact for all technical topics from a customer perspective.What You’ll DoPresent RISE Private Cloud offering, technical details, and engagement model to internal and external stakeholders.Build customer-specific cloud roadmaps to support cloud adoption and Business Transformations.Gather as-is technical requirements and map them to to-be Enterprise cloud architecture.Assess customer security and network requirements to ensure the SAP security architecture framework meets customer requirements.Work with SAP delivery and engineering teams to address customer-specific requirements.Present the value proposition for SAP private cloud on Hyperscale clouds like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.Conduct Technical Assessment workshops with customers to define the future Cloud architecture and support the migration roadmap.Guide customers on all technical aspects like Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, Networks, etc.Own the technical discussions with the customer and act as the orchestrator of experts to obtain expertise from the SAP delivery organization as required.Act as Trusted Advisor to VAT and assigned customers on all technical aspects of SAP RISE.What You BringHigh proficiency in customer communications and presentations.High proficiency in the SAP product portfolio, offerings, and industry solutions.Good understanding of operational aspects of SAP solutions in a cloud environment.Good understanding of capabilities of at least one Hyperscale Cloud (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP).Willingness to undertake customer-related travel on short notice.Fluency in English is a MUST; any other language is an asset.2+ years of customer-facing pre-sales and cloud architecture role is an advantage.5+ years of customer-facing SAP Technical Consulting experience.5+ years of solution design, enterprise architecture, and/or SAP implementation.Experience and certifications with IaaS Providers (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP) are a big advantage.Cloud security knowledge is preferred.Compensation Range Transparency : The targeted combined range for this position is 132,000-281,400 USD.
