for our
Fort Worth
office.The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, well organized, able to prioritize the workload, and able to work well within Day 2 Services teams. The Implementation Specialist is
responsible for successfully implementing CDHP (reimbursement accounts) such as FSA’s, HRA’s, DCAP and Commuter plans, COBRA, Direct Bill, State Continuation, and migrations.Responsibilities:Communicates with clients, producers, and account managers via phone, email, and interoffice technology platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Ring Central, etc.); coordinates the implementation across departments, including producers, account managers, clients, and carriers, to ensure alignment with project deliverables and milestones.Create and continually monitor implementation deliverables and maintain project plan(s) as needed.Create a Welcome to Higginbotham attitude during every client kick off call through the transition call.Effectively reviews all documents received for accuracy and provides necessary feedback.Set up all new CDHP plans, COBRA, Direct Bill, and State Continuation business in accordance with established implementation documentation and processes.Set up vendor files (EDI) in Excel and CVS.Set up non-EDI vendors (eligibility, processing with the carriers).Aid in the Migration process for new partnerships as needed.Provides ongoing training for clients and internal associates.Proactively addresses client/cobra participant issues and provides a resolution when needed.Respond to all requests made by the client and/or producer or account manager within the same business day.Ability to multitask and lead projects to a successful closure.Other tasks as assigned.Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, ADOBE Writer, and CVS formats.Maintain knowledge of CDHP, COBRA, and State Continuation. ECFC certification is a plus.Ensure strict compliance with all CDHP, COBRA, and HIPAA requirements.Understand SPD, SBC, and benefits.Possess strong interpersonal and proactive troubleshooting skills.Utilize excellent organizational and time management skills.Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.Ability to work independently, assess situations quickly, and make logical and appropriate decisions.Location:Fort Worth, TXIn office position.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift 25 pounds.Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens.Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person.Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, 10-key.Walking, bending, sitting, reaching and stretching in all directions.
