CDHP & COBRA Team Lead- Implementation

The candidate will be motivated to succeed, well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well within Day 2 Services teams. The Team Lead – Implementation is responsible for ensuring a successful and accurate implementation of COBRA, Direct Bill, State Continuation and CDHP reimbursement products as well as partner migrations by auditing, maintaining best practice approaches and improving processes.Responsibilities:
Communicates with clients, producers and account managers via phone, email, and interoffice technology platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Ring Central etc.); actively supports partners and account managers by leading the implementation team across departments to ensure alignment with project deliverables and milestones.Serve as subject matter expert for overall implementation of new business. Ensure accurate and timely set up by the team for all new COBRA, Direct Bill, State Continuation and CHDP plans in accordance with established implementation documentation and processes.Audits each implementation for financial accuracy, set up requirements and turnaround times by performing a full audit cycle over the implementations.Prepare and maintain reports that reflect audit results, trends, and patterns.Builds and manages implementation timelines, tracking key dates/milestones and deliverables via Smart sheet.Maintain open communication with management and team members regarding audit results.Create a positive and productive work environment while developing and maintaining a team with a passion for excellence and compliance. Provide additional coaching sessions with individuals identified with audit issues.Manage Migration process for WEX and new partnerships as needed.Create efficiencies and process improvements; have a “Lessons Learned” to address process improvements for implementations. Resolve any issues brought forward during the implementation period and communicate these issues to the COBRA and CDHP teams.Collaborates with operational leadership to help educate the staff on quality findings, mitigate future quality shortfalls and enhance quality assurance.Other tasks as assigned.Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, ADOBE Writer, CVS formats and Smart sheet.Maintain knowledge of COBRA, State Continuation and Reimbursement account laws.Implementation experience is required.Ability to multitask and lead projects.Possess strong interpersonal and proactive troubleshooting skills.Utilize excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently, assess situations quickly and make logical and appropriate decisions.Experience and Education:
2-5+ years in COBRA and or CDHP benefits.ECFC certification preferred or willingness to obtain the certification.Power BI experience is preferred.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 25 pounds.Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens.Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person.Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, 10-key.Walking, bending, sitting, reaching and stretching in all directions.
