Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity.The Sr. IT Analyst will engage with target company resources, share Honeywell standards and governance model, understand their requirements, identify gaps, and partner with IT, Security, and Compliance Service Delivery Owners and Functional leaders to develop an end-user integration strategy, scope, execution plan, and cost that aligns with overall integration goals. This resource will be responsible for engagement, planning, and delivery of M&A integrations.A key member of the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tower and Mergers & Acquisition Integration team, the Sr. IT Analyst will work on Acquisition and Divestiture executions with a keen focus on workforce digitization, which includes End User Compute, Mobility, Collaboration, and Site readiness. You will report directly to our Sr. IT Manager and will work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a Hybrid work schedule.This team member will work independently under limited supervision and is expected to identify problems and update processes to maximize results and efficiencies.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd User Compute & PC Services (Remediation / Refresh)
Perform asset discovery and create an inventory using various discovery tools.Develop a PC refresh strategy that aligns with integration goals and IT mandates.Create end-user integration plans to standardize PCs and AD migration.Collaborate with Site support resources to deliver excellent end-user support services.Work with various service owners to achieve a digital workforce experience.
Collaboration Services (eMail / SharePoint / OneDrive / AD Migration)
Work with HR partners to ensure the smooth transition of acquired employees into Honeywell.Understand the needs of employees, customers, suppliers, vendors, and partners.Ensure Honeywell standards and governance model are followed to meet IT & security needs.Execute a well-thought-out solution including data migration for collaboration and mobility services, considering regional nuances and data retention policies.Effectively manage planning until delivery, including risks, issues, escalations, and costs.May need to manage 3rd party vendor resources.
AD Migration
Initiate Active Directory (AD) migration to Honeywell AD by collaborating with IT & Security teams.
License True Up
Run SCCM Scans of PCs and develop a list of items requiring licenses.Gather proof of licensing, identify gaps, and create a remediation plan.
Telephone, Mobility, Conference Rooms & Print Services
Identify transition plans for Telephony, mobility, print services, and conference rooms, meeting Honeywell standards and regional needs.
Due Diligence
Conduct detailed due diligence to support acquisition and divestiture planning.
